Norman Waterhouse, (Co-founder)MB, ChB, FRCSED, FRCS(Plast) is a past president of ther British Association of Aesthetic Plastic surgery and previous head of the Craniofacial Unit at The Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. Noman teaches and lecturing both nationality and internationality. His experiences volunteering internationally were the inspiration behind the charity.
Mr. Martin Kelly, (Co-founder)MD, FRCS(Plast) is a Consultant Craniofacial Plastic Surgeon at the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and at the Royal Marsden Hospital, London. Having worked as a volunteer in Afganistan and Cambodia, Martin was struck by the challenge of leaving patients untreated as a result of the lack of local infrastructure or the need for a multidisciplinary team. These experiences led to him co-founding the charity with Norman Waterhouse.
Mr Niall Kirkpatrick, BDS MB BS MD FRCS(Eng) FRCS(Plast) (Company Secretary) is a previous President of the Plastic Surgery Section of the Royal Society of Medicine.He is a Consultant Craniofacial Plastic Surgeon, having qualified in both Medicine and Dentistry. He is head of the Craniofacial & Orbito-Palpebral Surgery Unit at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London, and also a member of the multidisciplinary Head and Neck cancer team at the Charing Cross Hospital, London
Mr Simon Eccles BDS MBBS FRCS(Eng) FRCS(Plast). (Chair: Medical Review Board) is the Secretary of the Plastic Surgery section of the Royal Society of Medicine (2008). He is a Consultant Craniofacial Surgeon at the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital where he specialises in paediatric craniofacial surgery. He also works at The Charing Cross Hospital, London where he is a member of the adult head and neck and craniofacial surgery team.
Mr. Peter Butler, MD FRCSI FRCS FRCS(Plast) is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon and Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Royal Free and University College Hospitals, London and a Consultant in Plastic Surgery at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, USA.. Peter is an internationally renowned plastic surgeon as a result of his work with new techniques for the treatment of people who suffer severe facial disfigurements.
Mr. David Dunaway, MB ChB BDS FRCS FDSRCS FRCS(Plast) is a Consultant Craniofacial Surgeon and leads the craniofacial service at the Great Ormond Street Hospital, London. He is a consultant at The Nuffield Hospital, Glasgow. He is also a member of the multidisciplinary facial deformity service for adults, based at University College London Hospital and the Eastman Dental Hospital. David volunteers his surgical skills extensively with Transforming Faces Worldwide in Ghana.
Emily Oppenheimer Tumer is a social editor of Harper's Bazaar magazine. In this capacity she has an extensive network and is also in a position to assist with fundraising events.
Kris Tykier was previously the Vice Chairman of Freud Communication, one of the leading PR companies in the UK. He is a partner alongside producer-director Matthew Vaughn in MARV Films. He was recently an Executive Producer for the aclaimed film "Stardust".
